Rental Terms & Conditions
📄For a rental, a valid credit card can be presented on-site as a security deposit. If you do NOT have a credit card, you have the option at Palma de Mallorca Airport to provide a guarantee of €800 and pay the rental price with a debit card. This option is marked in the vehicle description. In both cases, we will charge a transaction fee of 2.5% of the amount due. Additionally, you also have the option to pay in cash without any fees.
The following conditions generally apply:
The minimum age is usually 23 years unless a higher age is specified in the vehicle description. The driver must have held a valid driver's license for at least one year.
All driven kilometers are included in the rental price.
For long-term rentals, the conditions are similar to leasing. This means you do not have free roadside assistance (which can be added for an extra fee) and we do not cover taxi costs in the event of an accident or damage to the vehicle. If there is damage to the vehicle, please call us directly, and we will assist you. If a replacement vehicle is needed due to a self-inflicted accident, a double deposit must be provided for the replacement car.
Full comprehensive insurance is always included. Details will be displayed when calculating the price on the website.
Airport service: An employee will meet you upon arrival at Palma de Mallorca Airport. After the formalities (5 minutes), you will receive your rental vehicle in the VIP parking area of the airport. No waiting times, no standing in line, no searching in the parking garage.
The minimum rental period is 30 days.
A rental day has 24 hours. That means if you pick up the vehicle at 10 AM, the days count until 10 AM each day (plus about 1 hour of grace).
a) Payment: You pay 20% at the time of online booking and the rest upon vehicle pickup. This can be arranged via credit card or bank transfer after the online reservation. A transaction fee of 2.5% of the amount due applies for credit card payments on-site.
b) Cancellation: Since our prices are based on a long rental duration, this must be adhered to. If you need to cancel the vehicle, meaning returning it before the agreed return time (minimum 30 days), this is possible, but the rental price will not be refunded proportionally. The same applies to cancellations before the rental begins. In this case, the 20% deposit will be forfeited.
Additional services: Various additional services are offered during booking, such as child seats, navigation devices, or additional insurances. All additional services can also be added after the reservation. The cancellation insurance is excluded. This can only be selected directly at the time of booking, not afterward.
Leaving the island of Mallorca with the rental car is strictly prohibited. In case of violation, the deposit will be forfeited. In the event of a technical defect or accident outside of Mallorca, the customer bears all recovery costs.
After submitting your reservation, you will receive the confirmation/voucher via email. Please print this out and bring it with you for pickup.
All information you need for picking up the rental car can be found in the booking confirmation. You can print this out after completing the booking.
If a customer wants to rent a specific model in a category, we will try to provide the chosen model. However, we cannot guarantee this. If no vehicle is available in the chosen category, a vehicle from a higher category will generally be provided.
Fuel policy: You return the vehicle in the same condition as you received it.
On-site service fees: Most car rental companies in Mallorca charge an additional “service fee” on-site in addition to the rental price. This varies from €15 to €50. We do not have this fee. You only pay what is stated on your rental agreement, no additional “service fees.”
Customer service: We are available anytime via email, WhatsApp, or phone.
Vouchers, discounts, auctions: If you have a discount from a special promotion from us, you can redeem it with us. A maximum of one promotion can be applied per rental. Legal recourse is excluded.
